Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy

Costs and payments:

Total price: 4,900 Euros (additional cost for a single: 1,000 Euros)

500 Euros due on booking

1950 Euros due 4 months before start

2450 Euros due 2 months before start (plus 1000 Euros for single)

You can pay via venmo (penny-eifrig, 9445) or Zelle (8149549445).

Includes all meals (one drink per meal included), excursions, pickleball, travel, entrance fees.

Travel insurance is recommended for emergency health, flight issues, late cancellation needs (e.g. Allianz)

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel for any reason, you will receive your deposit/payment:

·      minus $500 if cancelled at least 4 months before trip 

·      minus $750 if cancelled 2 months before trip

·      minus $1000 if cancelled 1 month before trip

·      no refund if cancelled within a month of the trip (unless due to extraordinary circumstances)

If you find a replacement for your spot who is acceptable for all guests, there is no cancellation fee.
